FIRST, BOOK YOUR SESSION WITH A BOOKING DEPOSIT
Once we’ve chosen your date, your newborn session is secured with a booking deposit.
This guarantees your spot around your due date, and ensures all your newborn props, wraps, outfits and studio prep are ready.
You don’t need to bring anything — everything is handled for you.
THEN, ENJOY A CALM, BABY-LED NEWBORN SESSION
Your session is slow, gentle, and entirely baby-led.
I follow your baby’s cues for posing, feeding, burping, and settling — nothing is rushed.
We start with wrapped poses to help baby settle, move into prop setups, and finish with beautiful family and sibling portraits (if included in your package).
I keep the studio warm, cosy, and quiet to ensure baby stays sleepy, comfortable, and safe.
FINALLY, RECEIVE YOUR ORDERING GALLERY & DOWNLOAD YOUR PHOTOS
After your session, you’ll receive an online ordering gallery where you select your included images.
You can also add extras — digital images, albums, canvas prints, blockmounts, and gorgeous keepsakes.
Everything is delivered digitally for convenience, and nothing requires coming back to the studio.

Q: When is the best time to book a newborn photoshoot?
A. Ideally during your second trimester. I only take a limited number of bookings per month to keep dates flexible around early or late arrivals..
Q: What age is best for newborn photos?
A The ideal window is 4–14 days old, when baby is naturally sleepy and curled. But I photograph babies up to 8 weeks with beautiful results
Q:What if my baby arrives early or late?
A No stress at all. Your booking is flexible — we simply adjust your session date once baby is born.
Q: What if my baby is older than two weeks?
A: Older babies are welcome! Sessions may include more awake images or swaddled setups, but they are just as beautiful.
Q: What should we bring to the session?
A Just the basics: nappies, wipes, bottles, and a dummy.
Q: How long does a newborn session take?
A: Most sessions are 1.5–3 hours depending on baby’s feeding, burping, and settling needs. Everything is slow, calm, and baby-led.
Q: Is your studio warm enough for newborn photos?
Yes — the studio is kept warm, cosy, and comfortable so baby stays sleepy and settled throughout the session.
