Meet AJ and Leana,
It is a pleasure to catch up with old clients and this very special wedding was no different, we first met Leana at her sister’s wedding and from there we built a relationship. When that is the case you almost feel like part of the family and that also assist with calming the nerves.
Leana is a beautiful woman and with big sis being right beside her they made quite a team to enjoy and relax throughout all the preparations, and by the time we started with the detail and bridal portrait shots it all just fell into place and we were able to get some great moments and beautiful poses with Leana. Always helps when the bride is comfortable in front of the camera and the beauty of the day just boost that confidence levels.
When you enter the other camp it is a totally different game, there is usually a big camaraderie, cheering on with a twist no lack of confidence and anything will be tried to get out of the groom’s portrait shoot but that is very seldom the case. Once the first detail shots are captured and maybe a best man in the back ground getting to assist the groom with details that turn the table and they then start to want to get involved and this is when we love the dares and personalities coming afore.
The best part is when the courage is high, nerves rumbling in their gut and then the calmness the bride brings the moment she walks through the door. This is the moment of true beauty.
A J and Leana had chosen the awesome setting of The Fairway Hotel and country club to vow eternal love to one another. This venue has a lovely chapel that emphasizes the mood of lightness and offers amazing opportunities for romantic photography with the golf club.
We had a great time sharing in your special day and thank you for making us part of it.
