Jinnie and Johan’s Wedding Ceremony at Greenleaves – Wedding Photographer

It is Friday morning, and the weather is playing it’s part it seems that it is going to be another awesome day, not just only for photography but for documenting the wedding of a very special couple, Jinnie and Johan.

Jinnie and Johan made it their choice to let family and friends join in their celebration of joining together as one at the very special Green leaves wedding venue in the North West.                                                                                               This is definitely one of our most favorite wedding venues in the North West Province as it has so much to offer in all respects. From the two fabulous Bridal suites to the very different reception halls and not to mention all the photography angles in the manicured gardens, tree plantation and bushveld section that is home to a set of white springbok, and that is very special.

Jinnie is a classic woman and so was her choice in the setting, it simply had to be vintage, now we have not yet had a bride putting in so much effort in all the detail. When we arrived at the venue she was out in the hall making sure that all was perfectly in place. No effort was speared

For all the table pieces she spent months buying vintage containers from e-bay,  Dad had some input in this aspect as he owned some pieces himself.

One part of this wedding that needs a special mention is their wedding cake; this was really a very beautifully decorated colourful piece of art. When I spoke to Jinnie earlier in the bridal suite she mentioned that she would find it hard to cut the cake, and when I saw it I knew what she meant.

Johan, same as most of our grooms, arrived at the venue as we were almost an hour or so busy with all the detail photography. Men get ready so much quicker.  Johan is not a guy for many words, or let me state it this way, Johan is usually not a guy for many words but when he gets a little nervous in front of the camera he starts chatting.

We had a lot of fun taking some of these shots, from the bridge leading to the watering hole, to the sun flair shots where the wildebeests made it very clear not to get any closer.

A very classic wedding indeed,

We wish you lots of love, happiness for your life together.

Love  George and Jenna
