Dumi’s 5th Birthday
We recently had the absolute pleasure of celebrating Dumi’s 5th birthday in our photoshoot studio! It was a day filled with joy, laughter, and a whole lot of pink. Dumi was surrounded by her loving family: Mom, Dad, her sister, and her two brothers, Sandile, Nzalo, and Nolwazi. We got some awesome family photos for them
We kicked off the celebration with beautiful family photos, capturing the special bond between them. Little Dumi then had her moment to shine, playing with glitter, sprinkles, and pink balloons. Since pink is her favorite color, we created an all-pink setup just for her, complete with an adorable little cake.
The highlight of the day was the pink cake smash, where Dumi got to enjoy her pink cake in the most fun way possible. The joy on her face was priceless, and we were thrilled to capture these unforgettable moments.
A big thank you to Dumi’s family for choosing our studio to celebrate this special day. We hope these memories bring smiles for years to come!

What age is Cake Smash for?
Cake smashes are typically celebrated for babies between the ages of 1 and 3. This is when they’re old enough to enjoy the sensory experience of playing with cake but not too old to lose interest.
However, there’s no strict age requirement for a cake smash. If you’re looking for a fun and memorable photoshoot, we can create a personalized birthday celebration session with or without a cake to suit your child’s age and interests.
